Stuck on "In Queue..." for over 24 hrs - After adding Coinbase Pro key

New user account in cryptfolio. Added Coinbase Pro Read only Key as per "How do I add my GDAX/Coinbase Pro account?". Always stuck on "In Queue." for over 24 hrs. Am I missing something? Thanks,
