Hello Jevon .. do you respond to email? I have just joined up with Cryptfolio and wanted to know a little more about the company. How many employees? How long has the company been going? Do you have an "about" page on your website? I was thinking of signing up with cointracking.info but then saw your site and I am trying to compare the two. I would sign up with cryptfolio if I thought I was going to get a more specifically NZ targeted help desk, and good support.

Hi. I have been desperately looking for a non-phone app Cryptocurrency portfolio tracker that allows the import of previous trades from major exchanges.  I don't see where CSV files from those exchanges can be uploaded, so I created the necessary API keys in hopes they would work.  My Bittrex API is still "loading" after 15 hours, but since I'm just trying to test on a free account this may be normal. I have noticed that when I view the transactions that are already uploaded from Binance and Coinbase, the screen seems to be limited to only the most recent 50

The XRP amount in my Ledger Nano S is not visible in Cryptfolio. It is displaying zero. (empty)

When I click on the External explorer, it shows the correct amount.

New user account in cryptfolio. Added Coinbase Pro Read only Key as per "How do I add my GDAX/Coinbase Pro account?". Always stuck on "In Queue..." for over 24 hrs. Am I missing something?

Because of that, account import fails. Explorer endpoint should be changed from https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xspec/address.dws?<ADDRESS>.htm to https://chainz.cryptoid.info/alias/address.dws?<ADDRESS>.htm

And ticker changed from XSPEC to ALIAS.

I purchased ledger Nano S, from Amazon. (Invoice attached) in February 2018, and I stored ripple into it, I tried to check my balance on 17th of September, but balance shown is Zero.
