Ripple (XRP) address balance on Ledger Nano S is not visible.

The XRP amount in my Ledger Nano S is not visible in Cryptfolio. It is displaying zero. (empty)

When I click on the External explorer, it shows the correct amount.

This is a spam answer. Bad behaviour, dishonest, scam, etc.

Admins, please remove!

This has now been fixed. For balances greater than 1000 XRP, the Bithomp API was returning spaces (e.g. "1 000.00"), and our code wasn't picking this up. We've adjusted our code to handle this case.

Thank you for reporting this, I can confirm that the XRP balance is not showing even though it should be. We'll look into this shortly.
