    Stuck on "In Queue..." for over 24 hrs - After adding Coinbase Pro key

    New user account in cryptfolio. Added Coinbase Pro Read only Key as per "How do I add my GDAX/Coinbase Pro account?". Always stuck on "In Queue..." for over 24 hrs. Am I missing something?

    Nicehash API "Method not supported"

    If I try to add Nicehash as a miner, it sits for a while and then reports "Method not supported"

    XSPEC rebranded to ALIAS

    Because of that, account import fails. Explorer endpoint should be changed from https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xspec/address.dws?<ADDRESS>.htm to https://chainz.cryptoid.info/alias/address.dws?<ADDRESS>.htm

    And ticker changed from XSPEC to ALIAS.

    No response to security vulnerabilities that i have reported

    I have reported two major security vulnerabilities to email ID: security@cryptfolio.com as part of cryptfolio bug bounty program: https://cryptfolio.com/bug-bounty but till now there is no response for the bugs. When can I expect the updates?

    New portfolio timeout

    Hi Jevon,

    Whilst creating  new portfolio on the Android app, I kept getting a timeout error and being unable to login for making too many actions. I was adding BTC and ETH and I wanted to customise the charts on my portfolio page. Everything was working great except for this error making my account timeout twice.

    I was also shown an error that said I was unable to log in because I had logged in too many times (due to the timeouts).

    I have now just re-logged back in and it seems to be running smoothly again 🙂

    Ripple balance is shown 0 in ripple wallet through Ledger Nano S

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased ledger Nano S, from Amazon. (Invoice attached) in February 2018, and I stored ripple into it, I tried to check my balance on 17th of September, but balance shown is Zero.

    I restored my Device , and updated firmware with latest version available with you. I installed XRP wallet again, but result is same (balance is Zero)

    Earlier, I installed Ripple app, and stored Ripple into it In February 2018

    Why are the converted values for one of my currencies incorrect?

    If you suspect that one of your balances has been incorrectly valued in another currency, this may be because the automatic conversion is going through one or more exchanges with high volatility.

    To identify which exchanges are being used to convert one balance to another, click on your list of Balances:

    Select the balance for the currency you'd like to investigate:

    The balance report will include a converted value for this currency in each of your reporting currencies. These converted values are used to generate your charts and reports. The tooltip will demonstrate which exchanges were used, and on which
