Updates

  • All Ethereum token balances

    Jevon Wright · 0 · Posted

Today we have released a long-awaited feature: when adding an Ethereum address, we will also now download all balances and transactions for all ERC20 tokens associated with that address as well.

  • Explorers through Prohashing

    Jevon Wright · 0 · Posted

Today we have added support for the hundreds of explorers on the excellent Prohashing pool. This means we can now support downloading the addresses and transactions for many more coins, including Verge (XVG).

CryptFolio will automatically fetch new currencies and explorers as they are released on Prohashing.

  • Deleting accounts

    Jevon Wright · 0 · Posted

Today we have added support for users to delete their account, without needing to contact CryptFolio support.

To delete your account, log into Your Profile and select "Delete Account", and complete the form to confirm deletion. The action is not reversible, and once confirmed, your account will be deleted automatically within a few minutes.

  • Poloniex support

    Jevon Wright · 0 · Posted

Today we have added support for Poloniex wallets. You can add your Poloniex wallet by creating an API key and adding it to your portfolio. We also now track all 99 currency pairs supported by Poloniex, and new currencies on Poloniex will automatically be picked up by CryptFolio.

  • Progress bars on charts

    Jevon Wright · 0 · Posted

When your charts need to be updated – for example, when you've just added a new address, or your portfolio has not updated in a while – you will now be shown a progress bar until the chart has been updated. This is because we have to update your accounts remotely, and these tasks are placed into a remote job queue.

Charts will now also display the previous values, rather than just "calculating", while this calculation takes place.

These features were suggested by one of our user testers, so thank you! If you have your own feedback or ideas, please

  • Email improvements

    Jevon Wright · 0 · Posted

You can now change your primary email address on Your Profile.

We've also added a spiffy template to all of our emails, with more information about why you're receiving each email, and how to modify your messaging preferences:

  • Kraken and Cryptopia

    Jevon Wright · 0 · Posted

Today we have added support for Kraken wallets. You can add your Kraken wallet by creating an API key and adding it to your portfolio.

We also now track all 47 currency pairs supported by Kraken, and all 1676 (and counting) currency pairs supported by Cryptopia. New assets on both exchanges will automatically be picked up by CryptFolio.

  • Updated Getting Started wizard

    Jevon Wright · 0 · Posted

Thanks to the amazing feedback from our user testing group, we've tweaked the Getting Started wizard to help new users get setup faster.

Rather than suggesting all users start by adding a fixed amount, and hiding the account/API functionality behind the Configure Portfolio interface, we now allow you to add addresses and accounts directly as part of the signup process:

This uses the same form as the Configure Portfolio page, but you can go through the wizard again if you'd like.

  • The new site is live!

    Jevon Wright · 0 · Posted

We're very excited to share that the new site is now live and accessible to everybody at https://cryptfolio.com.

The old site is archived at https://old.cryptfolio.com and will remain operational until at least April 2017.

For more information, check out the migration guide.

  • Updated Terms of Use

We have published an updated CryptFolio Terms of Use, and we recommend that you check it out. It's longer, but should be much clearer and more understandable going forward.

  • Bitfinex accounts and rates

    Jevon Wright · 0 · Posted

Today we have added support for Bitfinex wallets. You can add your Bitfinex wallet by creating an API key and adding it to your portfolio.

We also now track all 105 of their currency pairs, and new Bitfinex symbols will be automatically picked up by CryptFolio.

Thank you to Info for suggesting this new feature!

  • View/export transactions

    Jevon Wright · 0 · Posted

You can now visit any of your addresses or accounts, and view the raw list of transactions - select "View Transactions" when configuring your portfolio. You can now also export the list of transactions in CSV.

  • Profit/loss charts

    Jevon Wright · 0 · Posted

We've added profit/loss charts as a chart option. This chart displays your profit, or loss (over the last six months by default), with respect to a currency.

You can add it to your portfolio through Add Chart > Value > Profit/Loss.

We are also testing out a new visual style for portfolios – one that looks more modern, but also less colourful. If you like it/hate it, please drop us a line!

  • Paying with credit cards

    Jevon Wright · 0 · Posted

Thanks to Stripe, you can now pay for your CryptFolio account by credit card, as well as with cryptocurrencies!

This can be a great alternative if you prefer not to buy or sell cryptocurrencies. Just select "Credit Card" at checkout.

We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. At this stage, the payments will not automatically renew every month.

Once complete, the API will give you full access to all of your accounts and reports, and also allow other third-party developers to request access to your portfolios (as long as you allow it!).

For more information, check out the API documentation.

  • Kucoin rates

    Jevon Wright · 0 · Posted

We've added support for Kucoin rates and currencies. We now track all of their 173 currency pairs, and we also use their coin data to keep our list of cryptocurrencies up to date.

  • Premium accounts (first release)

    Jevon Wright · 0 · Posted

Today we've released our first step in our new paid account structure. There are now four types of user accounts: Free, Standard, Premium, and Enterprise, each with different features and intended audiences.

Our first payment method is with cryptocurrencies. Using Coinpayments.net, you can pay for your CryptFolio account in 18 different cryptocurrencies, including BTC, LTC, BCH, ETH, ETC, DOGE and others.

Once you have completed your payment, a PDF invoice will be sent to your e-mail address, allowing you to properly account for CryptFolio as one of your cryptocurrency-related expenses.

In future releases, we will be adding support for paying
