It seems that CoinSpot only provides private API keys that are read/write. We unfortunately cannot add services that cannot provide read-only credentials. This is one of our security principles to prevent the financial losses of our users.

We've put in a request with their support team to add read-only API keys. It might help if you're able to make a support request to their team as well: https://coinspot.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
