      <title>Exchange accounts not fetching transactions for inactive currencies</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>Two exchanges (Binance and Bitfinex) do not have a single API endpoint to download all transactions in your account.</p>
<p>We cannot request every currency or exchange pair supported by the exchange, either: this could take hours (or days) to fetch.</p>
<p>As a compromise, we try to intelligently select only "active" currencies for importing your transactions from these exchanges.</p>
<p>For an account, we define an active currency as a currency which:</p>
<ul>
<li>Has a non-zero balance, or</li>
<li>Is one of your reporting currencies.</li>
</ul>

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Two exchanges (Binance and Bitfinex) do not have a single API endpoint to download all transactions in your account.</p>
<p>We cannot request every currency or exchange pair supported by the exchange, either: this could take hours (or days) to fetch.</p>
<p>As a compromise, we try to intelligently select only "active" currencies for importing your transactions from these exchanges.</p>
<p>For an account, we define an <b>active currency</b> as a currency which:</p>
<ul>
<li>Has a non-zero balance, or</li>
<li>Is one of your <a href="https://support.cryptfolio.com/i230-what-is-a-reporting-currency">reporting currencies</a>.</li>
</ul>
<p>If you have added an exchange account, and it is not fetching transactions in a currency because the current balance for a currency is zero, you have two options:</p>
<ul>
<li>You can either import the transactions <a href="https://support.cryptfolio.com/i146-import-transaction-csvs">manually using CSV import</a>, or</li>
<li>You can add the target currency as one of your <a href="https://support.cryptfolio.com/i230-what-is-a-reporting-currency">reporting currencies</a>.</li></ul>]]></content:encoded>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>When you are adding or removing accounts, transactions or integrations, your portfolio balances may become out of date. As a result, your charts and reports may not match the balances and transactions listed in your accounts.</p>
<p>CryptFolio does not automatically calculate your portfolio balances and histories on demand – as for users with thousands of accounts or addresses, this would be too slow. Rather, your balances and charts are updated regularly in the background by one of our job servers.</p>

<p>This was due to a bug in our code when we started importing very old CryptFolio data (from 2013) over this period, and has impacted market average rates, and in some cases converted value reports. This bug has since been fixed, but we need to rebuild the affected market average rates.</p>
